Feb 7th - Feb 13th 2010 Fishing Report
WHAT GUESTS WERE CATCHING:
BONES: Several firsts for Mr. Bonefish this week in addition to some 4 to 5 lb bonefish which made a satisfying catch for guests who have been here several years, and know where they live!
PERMIT: Permit were seen, targeted, and then there is a story. None landed this week.
TARPON: Due to conditions, blind casting for tarpon
.and one lucky angler! 40 lb tarpon landed.
JACKS: Mr. Jack was seen with bones up north by Bacalar Chico Reserve….nice schools 4- 8 lbs.
SNOOK: Mr. Snook was seen but not targeted.
FLIES THAT WORKED
FOR BONES: Christmas Island Specials, Charlies and Gotchas. Tan, gold, sexy patterns
