Nick from Australia got the most tarpon bites of the week with Capt. Tomas, 15 at this writing with none to the boat. Some big ones too! He has one more day to make it happen. Go Nick!

GUIDES OF THE WEEK
Captain Kachu for Brad's gorgeous permit and Jon's tarpon at Savannah!
Many Thanks to Scott of the Carmel Orvis group that visited for a 4-night trip. We had a little more sun this week when compared to last but it was still far from our normal bright June weather. Normally we will get some great sun and an occasional downpour that clears it right out. This lack of full sun made sight fishing much more difficult which lowered some of the permit and tarpon numbers, which would have doubled as we had some good anglers on board this week. Congrats to Easton who wins our Most Improved Caster title. --Ed.
