REPORT SUMMARY:

This week delivered lots of action for many first time anglers and even some of the “Old Salts” were successful. Very calm conditions midweek made for great sight fishing. Remember, we are located in the tropics. Why am I reminding you of the obvious? So that you’ll BRING RAINGEAR! This week our anglers encountered the occasional downpour. Do not be fooled by weather reports for Belize (the majority are for mainland Belize, not Ambergris Caye, where conditions can be quite different) We expect rain during the wet season, and during the dry season, it can rain any day, even though it’s usually only a 5 or 10 minute squall. So remember, when you’re packing for a fishing trip to Ambergris Caye, bring your rain gear!
