Nightly Rates - Private Villas

All villas are located on the beach, overlooking the pool and the Caribbean.

  • High season: December 15th to June 14th
  • Green season: June 15th to December 14th

We request a 3 night minimum stay during green and high season.

2019 Rates are valid through December 14th 2019. All rates are per person, in USD and subject to change

Nightly lodging rates include complimentary use of the hotel’s canoes, kayaks, bicycles and wireless internet, complimentary fly fishing workshops, and a welcome drink upon arrival.

Rates are based on 1 or 2 guests per room. Each additional guest is US$50 per night. There is a 3 guest per room maximum. Infants are free of charge when in the same room as their parents.

All rates are in USD and are subject to a 9% government hotel tax.

Reservation Policy:

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm.  Full prepayment is due 90 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATIONS:  

All cancellations must be received in writing at El Pescador and have a 1-night processing fee.  Cancellations made at least 90 days prior to arrival, 100% of the deposit may be transferred to another date / guest.  Between 90 – 45 days, 50% may be transferred to another date / guest.  Less than 45 days, may not be transferred to another date nor refunded; however, it may be transferred to another guest.

Currency:

All Prices are quoted in US dollars. We accept BZ cash, US cash, Visa and MasterCard. Credit card slips are written in Belize dollars using the exchange rate of US$ 1.00 = BZ $2.07.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

We recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance to guard against unforeseen circumstances. It is the Guests’ responsibility to ensure that they are covered by a travel insurance policy to offset unforeseen changes that incur cancellation charges.
