Week In Review

The weather conditions were good. This week has been sunny and cloudy, great weather for catching fish. This resulted in a good number of Bonefish, an impressive number of Permit, and a handful of Tarpon. We also caught some barracuda, jack, and snappers.

What Guests were Catching

Bonefish

Our anglers landed about 240 bones for the week, most of which were in the 2-4 pound range.

Permit

18 Permit were landed.

Tarpon

5 Tarpon were landed.

Other Species

Two Snook, some Jacks, Snapper, and large Barracuda.

Flies That Worked

Bonefish:
Christmas Island Specials in gold, pearl, and pink sizes 4 & 6, and Crazy Charlies in pink and orange and shrimp patterns.
Permit:
Squmip rag head crabs, and strongarms crabs.
Tarpon
Toads, chartreuse, and black/purple bunnies are the flies of choice
Snook:
