Week In Review

High winds, intermittent rain, and low light conditions early in the week made conditions challenging for our anglers.  Late week conditions improved, and so did the fishing.

What Guests were Catching

Bonefish

About 180 bone fish were landed for the week, most were in the 2-4 pound range.

Permit

Twelve landed this week.

Tarpon

Fourteen Tarpon made it to hand.

Congratulations to Jarrod B. and Capt Kristian on their grand slam June 16.

Flies That Worked

Bonefish:
Christmas Island Specials in gold, pearl and pink sizes 4 & 6, and Crazy Charlies in pink and orange.
Permit:
Mantis shrimp, rag head crabs, strong arm crabs, Bauer crabs and Flexo crabs.
Tarpon
White, chartreuse and black-purple bunnies and toads.
