Enjoy this amazing day that begins with a tour of the ancient Xunantunich Mayan site, whose name means “Maiden of the Rock” (pronounced “zoo nan too neech”). The site consists of an impressive set of ruins, where you will see a ceremonial center ringed with pyramids. The tallest is the 130 ft “El Castillo” that provides amazing views from its top. After touring Xunantunich, you’ll feast on a Belizean lunch then head to your cave tubing adventure. There you’ll board your innertube for a peaceful float down the river and through ancient caves.
