Located just 25 minutes south of our dive shop, the Hol Chan Marine Reserve is a must-visit destination for snorkelers. This vibrant marine reserve is teeming with coral reefs and diverse aquatic life, offering a truly unforgettable experience. Mayan for “little channel,” this natural cut in the reef is chock-full of a variety of species including sharks, rays, eels, grouper, parrot fish, trigger fish, seahorses, turtles, shrimp, sea fans, and coral. Your experienced tour guide will guide you through the water, pointing out and naming all the different sea creatures you come across during your snorkel tour.
After you leave Hol Chan, you will head to Shark Ray Alley, where you will get in the water and swim with Nurse Sharks and Sting Rays! Don’t miss this amazing opportunity to get up close and personal with Belize’s marine life.

📋 Key Features
- Sites: Hol Chan and Shark Ray Alley
- Duration: Approximately 3 hours. Snorkelers need to be at the dive shop by 8:15 am (or 1:15 pm if available). Morning trips are back by 11:30 am and afternoon trips by 4:30 pm.
- Depth of Site: The first stop is 15 feet, and the second site is 11 feet.
- Group Size: Typically 6-8 per group. A minimum of 3 people are required to confirm the trip; one of our boats takes 20 guests. Please contact us if you do not have enough people in your group and would like us to check availability with another group.
- Safety: Certified and experienced guides, comprehensive safety briefings, and on-board first aid kit and emergency oxygen.

- $65 per person plus $16 park fee
- Prices are subject to a 12.5% tax and additional Marine Reserve fees of $16 per person.
