After a rewarding day on the Belizean flats, there is no better place to gather than the Grand Slam Bar at El Pescador. Named for the ultimate fly fishing achievement – catching permit, tarpon, and bonefish in a single day – the bar is a favorite meeting place for anglers, adventurers, and resort guests.

Covered indoor and outdoor seating overlooks the pool and the Caribbean Sea, creating a relaxed setting for local Belizean beer, imported spirits, specialty cocktails, mocktails, and wine. Whether you are celebrating a day on the water or settling into golden hour, the atmosphere is easy, welcoming, and distinctly El Pescador.

Fresh Caribbean Dining

Our full-service restaurant is known for fresh, local Caribbean cuisine with options for vegetarian, vegan, and pescatarian guests. Menus are built around seasonal seafood, regional ingredients, and Belizean flavor, from early breakfasts before a day on the water to relaxed dinners with fellow travelers.

Breakfast: A la carte menu. Served from 5:30 am-9:00 am.

Lunch: A la carte menu. Served from 12:00 pm-2:00 pm.

Dinner: Pre-fixe menu served at 6:30 pm daily. In addition to the pre-fixe menu, local grilled fish fillet or a vegetarian option is offered nightly. Please let the Chef know by 10:00 am if you would like one of these options.

Dining Reservations

If guests are not on a meal plan, please make reservations in the office. Dinner reservations should be made no later than 10:00 am on the day you plan to dine with us. No dining reservations are necessary for breakfast or lunch.
