After a long day of fishing and outdoor excursions, our Grand Slam bar is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a refreshing beverage. Guests can order from a selection of both local and imported beverages while enjoying the stunning views of the pool and Caribbean Sea.

Covered by a large awning, our expanded indoor and outdoor seating allows us to accommodate a large number of guests in a comfortable, shaded setting away from the sun. Whether you’re looking to enjoy an imported beer, indulge in a specialty cocktail, or choose from our selection of 150 fine wines, we can be sure you will enjoy yourself.

Food and Dining

Our full-service restaurant offers only fresh, local Caribbean cuisine, including delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with vegetarian and vegan, and pescatarian options available. El Pescador always provides a seasonal farm-to-table dining experience that reflects the culinary origins of our country. Our fish catch is from nearby waters and meats and produce come from family-owned and local farms on mainland Belize.

Breakfast: A la carte menu. Served from 5:30 am – 9 am.

Lunch: A la carte menu. Served from 12:00 pm –2 pm.

Dinner: Pre-Fixe Menu. Served at 6:30 pm. (In addition to the pre-fixe menu, local grilled fish fillet or a vegetarian option are offered every night. If you would like one of these options, please let the Chef know by 10 am that day.)

Reservations

If guests are not on a meal plan, please make reservations in the office. We request dinner reservations be made no later than 10 am on the day you plan to dine with us. No dining reservations are necessary for breakfast or lunch.
