Week In Review
We had another great week on the flats. We had several of our anglers competing in the San Pedro fly fishing tournament, and every angler had a lot of fun catching fish.
Here are the highlights from the week:
– Lots of permits were landed.
– Lots of juvenile tarpons were jumped, and several were caught.
– Lots of bonefish were landed, and some anglers even caught a couple of grand slams.
– Many other species were caught, including jacks, barracudas, and lots of snappers.

- 20 Tarpon were landed.
- Bone Fish Flies
- Christmas Island Specials in gold, pearl, and pink sizes 4 & 6, and Crazy Charlies in pink and orange.

- Mantis shrimp, rag head crabs, and Flexo crabs.
- Tarpon Flies
- White toads, chartreuse and black/purple toads are the flies of choice.
