Week In Review
Once again, weather conditions were tough. We experienced some rain and cloudy skies, with strong winds at 10–20 kts coming from the E-SE. Some anglers had a difficult time casting against the wind, and our guides worked harder than usual to put everyone on fish.
Despite the challenging weather, anglers still managed to have a great time on the flats and caught plenty of fish. Numerous bonefish were landed, big schools of permit were found (with several landed), and some large migratory tarpons were jumped, with a few brought to the boat. Many other species were also caught, including cudas, jacks, snooks, and snappers.
