Week In Review
Anglers had a very productive week out on the flats. Despite the challenging weather conditions, our guests managed to catch a significant number of fish. Our guides worked exceptionally hard to locate fish and navigate the flats in strong winds, which shifted from E-NE to S-SE at 10-20 knots.
It was a successful week across multiple species:
– Bonefish: Many were caught throughout the week.
– Permit: Big schools were spotted, and several were successfully landed.
– Tarpon: Many were jumped, with several brought to the boat.
– Snook: Anglers had several shots at snook, and a few were landed.
– Other Species: We saw plenty of action with barracudas, jacks, and snappers.
We are also proud to report that we had a Grand Slam this week as well.
